If you’re a coach or a trainer or any kind educator and you don’t offer pre-recorded training, you’re losing money.
A corporate trainer I work with found that out the hard way last week when one of her clients told her that they really wanted to use her, but they couldn’t bring all their employees together for live training, so they had to go with a training provider that offered on-demand training.
That’s money that trainer would have easily made if she had started building her online course library, which is something I’ve been advising her to do for at least two years now.
