When someone schedules an appointment, by default, Calendly sends them to a generic confirmation page.

But you have the option to create a custom confirmation page to send people to.

Here’s how to use that to your benefit

You can create a hidden page on your website that you use for this purpose.

On your custom page, you can add additional info that will prepare the other party for the call.

If there's some standard information that you find yourself communicating in most of your discovery calls, for example, your confirmation page is a great place to provide that information.

That way, each party will get more out of the call.

You can also include info about products or services you offer that they might not have been aware of.
